These will be your responsibilities:
- Ensure Project Management for all Tech Projects in HR;
- Play an HRIS analyst role, being responsible for HCM database maintenance and clean-up in terms of structures, departments, positions, reporting lines;
- Build a meaningful, value adding, reporting system for HR data and KPI’s;
- Use Analytics in order to improve processes, participate in HR Analytics Projects;
- Process Improvement (by automatization, process redesign, RPA’s) – identify, propose and follow up on the implementation of process improvements within HR department.
You will not be doing that alone, but with a team that loves to work with and for people
It’s necessary that you came up with:
- Bachelor degree, preferable in technical field;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, reporting tools;
- Experience in working with HCM systems/ coordinating projects;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Project Management knowledge;
- Analytical thinking and process improvement initiative;
- Able to work autonomously;
- Good communication skills at all levels throughout the organization;
- Good command of English.
It would be even greater, but not mandatory, if you had:
- Experience in coordinating the implementation of a HCM System.
