What your life would be like as a L&D Specialist:

• Provide excellent customer service through effective execution of L&D processes;

• Use adult learning principles in partnership with functional leaders and/or SMEs to design L&D solutions for the target group;

• Source external training providers;

• Manage L&D Programs and Projects for assigned functional areas;

• Track and monitor effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement;

• Provide regular reports and insights against learning & development metrics;

• Maintaining knowledge of industry and regulatory trends and developments in the area of functional assignment as required to meet business needs;

• Find ways to promote and advertise L&D programs throughout the company, to maintain a high interest and adoption;

What are we looking for in our future colleague:

• Bachelor’s degree;

• 1-2 years of experience in implementing and monitoring of L&D programs;

• Experience in conducting needs assessment, planning, implementing L&D initiatives, measuring results and follow-ups;

• Demonstrated experience working independently, working with teams as well as across teams;

• Organizational skills, flexibility with changing priorities, and ability to multi-task;

• Verbal and written communication skills;

• Analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Fluency in English.
